Task Role Definition

Task role definition is a specialized feature of HAPYTEAM Enterprise Edition, mainly used to define and maintain the roles and permissions of task order collaborators

1.Add

Click the Add button to pop up a new role definition pop-up window. Enter the task orange character name and task character description, click the Confirm button, and wait for the save to complete

Task role cannot be empty and must be a unique value

2.Edit

Click the Edit button on the right side of the task role you want to edit, and an edit role definition pop-up window will pop up. Enter the task orange character name and task role description, click the Confirm button, and wait for the save to complete

3.Delete

Click and check the left checkbox of the role you want to delete, then click the Delete button to pop up a deletion confirmation dialog box. Click the Confirm button and wait for the deletion to complete

4.Assige

Click the Assign button on the right side of the role to be assigned permissions, and a pop-up window will appear to assign permissions. After assigning permissions, click the Confirm button and wait for the save to complete
