# Department Management
Department Management is a specialized feature of HAPYTEAM Enterprise Edition, mainly used for maintenance of enterprise departments
Enterprise department maintenance requires enterprise administrators to perform operations
# 1.Add
Click on the Add button on the Enterprise Department Management page to pop up the Add Department pop-up window
After entering the basic information of the department, click the confirm button to view the newly added department in the department list
Superior department, department name, and Display sort are required items
If the department status is disabled, the department is not available when maintaining enterprise members
# 2.Add Sub Department
In the department list, click the Add button in the right operation bar of the department to add a sub department, and a new department pop-up window will pop up
After entering the basic information of the department, click the * * confirm * * button to view the newly added department under the parent department in the department list
Department name and display order are required
If the department status is disabled, the department is not available when maintaining enterprise members
# 3.Edit
In the department list, click the Edit button in the right operation bar of the department you want to edit, and the Edit Department pop-up window will pop up
After entering the basic information of the department, click the confirm button to view the edited department in the department list

If the department status is disabled, the department is not available when maintaining enterprise members
# 4.Delete
In the department list, click the Delete button in the right operation bar of the department you want to edit. A deletion confirmation dialog box will pop up. Click the confirm button, and the department and its sub departments will be deleted
When deleting a department, its sub departments will also be deleted together
When deleting a department, the departments of enterprise members using this department and its sub departments will be left blank
