1.Archive

Click the More Operations button in the operation column of the file to be archived, wait for the operation list to appear, click the Archive option, and wait for the archiving completion prompt message

Only files that have not been checked out can be archived. After archiving, the file will appear with the archived status flag. The archived file can only be packaged, downloaded, shared, and archived

Click the More operations button in the operation column of the archived file line, wait for the operation list to appear, click the Unarchiving option, and wait for the prompt message of completing the cancellation archiving

Only archived files can be undone

2.Archive For Folder

Click the More Operations button in the operation column of the directory to be archived, wait for the operation list to appear, click the File Archiving option, and wait for the archiving completion prompt message

Only when there are no archived files in the file directory can the file directory be archived. After archiving, the archived status flag will appear under the file directory. The archived files can only be packaged, downloaded, shared and archived

Click the More Operations button in the operation column of the archived file directory line, wait for the operation list to appear, click the Cancel Archive option, and wait for the prompt message of the completion of the cancellation archive

Only when there are no unfilled files in the archived file directory, can the file directory perform the operation of undoing the archive. After undoing the archive, all the files in the directory are in the unfilled state

3.Batch archiving

Tick multiple files or file directories, click the Archive button on the toolbar, and wait for the file archiving completion prompt. After the completion of archiving, all checked files or all files under the file directory are in the archived status

Only when there are no archived files in the checked file or file directory can the batch archiving of files be successful

Tick multiple archived files or file directories, click the Unarchive button on the toolbar, and wait for the cancellation completion prompt. After the cancellation is completed, all the checked files or files under the file directory are in the unfilled state

Only when there are no unfilled files in the checked file or file directory, can you cancel the archiving operation in batch
